FISH STEAMED IN BANANA LEAF!! I’m serving this at my Supperclub. This has to be one of my favourites. It is so fresh with the beautiful flavours of the banana leaf infusing the fish together with green chilli, coriander leaf, ginger and many other magical ingredients. All of these ingredients make this a very special dish. The best part for the health conscious is that it contains no oil whatsoever! You need to try this!
This is similar to Patrani Machh, a Parsi dish but I add a few other ingredients. I’ve used Hake as that works well with Indian food.
I’ve tried to tell a good story here through the different stages. Trying to learn how to take better food photos from the amazing @rupaphotography The photos aren’t in the right order though!!
