FISH STEAMED IN BANANA LEAF at my Supperclub this Saturday. This has to be one of my favourites. It is so fresh with the beautiful flavour of the banana leaf mingling with green chilli, coriander leaf, ginger and many other magical ingredients make this a very special dish. The best part for the health conscious is that it contains no oil whatsoever!
