Meet Laxmi my sourdough starter. She is bubbling but needs to become more active before I can make any bread. All very experimental as I’ve never done this before. I started off with rye and then moved on to rye and strong white. What I’ve gathered is that perhaps I need to feed her more frequently, like every 12 hours. Any comments?
