You can also try one of my bespoke Indian cookery lessons on Zoom!

Why not gather a group of friends, and take an advanced cookery class? Group size of 4 to 6 people, with prices starting at £15 per person. You will be sent a list of ingredients and cooking equipment ahead of time, then given step-by-step instructions to cook an authentic Indian meal.

What to expect from Deccan Tiffin cookery classes – from our customers

Amazing North Indian Cookery Class

“If, like us, you’ve been to any of Priya’s supper clubs, you’ll know her food is very different to the Indian food you’re probably used to; the flavours are richer, deeper, and definitely delicious-er!

“When we had the chance to attend one of her Zoom cooking classes, we jumped at it. We made Venison Korma, pilau, and raita.

“Priya was a great host, guiding us through the whole process step by step, checking our progress throughout, suggesting alternatives for any ingredients we couldn’t get, and making suggestions on how we could modify the recipes for future experimentation.

“We learnt some great techniques and were introduced to new spices and ingredients – and the results were spectacular! Our korma actually tasted like something Priya would serve us – there is no higher praise!

“We thoroughly enjoyed the class and, even better, had a truly authentic North Indian meal at the end. We’d thoroughly recommend these classes – they’re great fun and teach you some great new skills.

“Thank you Priya for sharing your considerable enthusiasm, love, and expertise.” – Chrissie and Jon, Worthing
