Deccan Tiffin SupperClub Launched

Deccan Tiffin Supperclub launch with the Maharani Christmas Feast on the 29th of November

The impressive list of guests included Andrew Kay of Latest TV fame, Chef Kanthi from the Curry Leaf Cafe and foodbloggers Rosemary and Porkbelly. The feast began with a complimentary mango and chilli cocktail, followed by a fragrant Lamb Shorba, a soup perfumed with vetiver and sandalwood and then a chaat course with GolGappe (pictured). Next was the Kabab course with Shahi Chicken Tikka or tender pieces of chicken marinaded in saffron and spices. The main course was roasted partridge or “Dum Ka Teetar” done in the royal Awadhi style with a selection of sides. The meal ended with cardamom and saffron rice Kheer, finished off with ginger chai and South Indian Kapi.
