Today’s sourdough loaf. I used 350g white and 150g rye and I’m v pleased with the taste and texture. The dough was a bit wet so it spread out a lot but overall it’s quite edible. I didn’t have a proper proving basket so I used my daughter’s hobby basket (much to her annoyance but it was just lying around so why not? 😉). Have ordered a proving basket as this is the beginning of a new life!
