Indo-Chinese tonight – salmon with sweet soy and sesame. We had it with stir fried beans which are my absolute fav.
Here is the recipe
Marinade for the salmon (for each piece): 1 T light soy, 1T dark soy, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1/2 tsp honey, pinch msg (optional), salt. Leave it to marinade for about 20 min. In a frying pan lightly toast sesame seeds. Sprinkle on one side of the fish and press down gently. Now gently place the fish in a frying pan, plain side down, with a couple of spoons of olive oil and cook with a lid on on medium heat until the fish is done.
Wash and chop 250g green beans. Heat 1T oils, add 1/2 tsp salt to the oil and put in the beans and stir. Lower the heat and cover. Stir occasionally until tender. Sprinkle with chilli flakes before serving.
