Freshly made light Idlies (steamed, fermented rice and black gram cakes) with coconut chutney, all made from scratch. This is one of the dishes I was grinding up the urad beans for yesterday. A three-day process but so so worth it. Made these after a while today and we couldn’t stop eating them!
