Sukha Masala Murgh tonight. Slightly adapted from an old recipe to speed it up – I pressure cooked it before frying. Sukha means without gravy so any liquid has to be evaporated and this concentrates the flavour. It was pretty delicious even though you can’t see that in this pretty awful photo!
