Join us for a Spicy Saturday where we will be chatting about Delhi food and cooking one of the most favourite kinds of streetfood – Aloo Tikki! I will be cooking with @radikalkitchen Radhika whose innovative style of cooking and energy will get you all buzzing! ´╗┐Here is what you will need

2 large potatoes boiled in their skins, cooled and peeled
2 tbsp corn starch or another binding agent like a soaked and squeezed slice of bread
1/2 cup green peas or chickpeas or any tinned beans
1/2 tsp chilli powder
And the following optional spices – just use what you gave, even curry powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 fennel powder
1/2 tsp amchur
1/2 tsp salt
Handful chopped coriander leaves
2 green chillies chopped.
Oil for shallow frying
