Tried my hand at baking Nankhatai biscuits made with a mixture of wheat and gram flour spiced with cardamom (everything in India is spiced, even the tea that we had with them!). Recipe from Swasthi Sreekanth, an Indian food blogger. They taste great although they’re not quite as light and fluffy as the ones I remember from my childhood. Great with a cup of masala chai. Nice afternoon activity for #Easter during the #lockdown .
