This will show you how to cook three courses using fresh herbs and spices.

Two starters: chicken tikka and fried fish

Main: lamb biryani, palak paneer and cucumber raita

Dessert: slow cooked rice kheer with saffron, cardamom and cashews

You will be provided with all the ingredients needed to prep for the different dishes, knives, chopping boards, pestle and mortar and an apron

Duration: 3½ hours

Includes a glass of wine, food and a jar of spice mix to take home.

Cost £50 per person, to be paid a week in advance by bank transfer or cheque.
